Yahoo announced relationship with Twitter. What does that mean for Yahoo users and members?

Well, for right now what we know is that Yahoo members will be able to update and see their Twitter status via Yahoo. Yahoo will also integrate real-time search “powered by  Twitter users tweets” for the rest of us that might not be members of Yahoo but use Yahoo as default search engine.yahoo-twitter-partnership

“We are letting our users bring what they love about their social networks to Yahoo,” said Cody Simms, senior director of product management at Yahoo.

To be honest this Yahoo update is nothing new , Bing does it , Google does it at least on “real-time” search part.

Nice thing is that Yahoo members will be able to update Twitter status page without going to Twitter website.

I wonder, will Twitter ever be able to make any money? They do make money from investors ,but I mean sooner or later they will have to pay investors back.
